Les étates non represésentés et la nécessité d'une psychanalyse trasnfromationnelle
Résumé
Gadinni (1984) et Bolognini (2020) ont souligné que les manifestations psychopathologiques ont considérablement évolué depuis l'époque de Freud. Les deux auteurs indiquent que les états borderline et narcissiques font partie des changements observés dans les manifestations psychopathologiques contemporaines. Ces changements n'ont pas modifié la méthode ou le processus de la psychanalyse, mais ont continué à pousser le travail analytique au-delà des éléments refoulés de l'inconscient vers un niveau plus profond qui met l'accent sur la transformation d'états non représentés et, par conséquent, davantage sur la création d'une structure psychique que sur l'accès au contenu refoulé. Le processus transformationnel met l'accent sur le travail avec le patient pour créer de nouvelles structures psychiques dans des domaines caractérisés par des vides, renforcer les structures psychiques faibles qui contribuent aux distorsions et permettre à l'appareil psychique de fonctionner de manière plus organisée. Cet article vise à explorer le concept de psychanalyse transformationnelle comme approche pour travailler avec des états non névrotiques dans un contexte analytique postmoderne, en revisitant l'idée de représentation de Freud et en discutant les perspectives freudiennes contemporaines sur les états non représentés à l'aide d'un cas clinique. En outre, l'article propose que, pour se concentrer sur un mode plus transformationnel, l'analyste doit fonctionner comme « l'Autre opératif », tel qu'articulé par Freud dans son expression « wirksamen anderen » (1916), suivi d'un cas clinique.
