El psicoanálisis y la tercera posición: agitación social y atrocidad

Hoy en día, muchas situaciones se caracterizan por la ruptura del orden y la estructura, dejando a las personas a merced de fuerzas desorganizadas (máquinas de guerra, traficantes de personas, etc.), lo que se traduce en la deshumanización de la gente corriente a gran escala, especialmente en el ámbito de los refugiados. El artículo se centra en cómo los discursos alienantes sobre el "trauma" y la desatención de las sociedades a las personas traumatizadas aumentan el sufrimiento y tienen graves consecuencias para las generaciones futuras. Reflexiona sobre las formas en que el psicoanálisis puede desempeñar un papel mediador en relación con los procesos regresivos a nivel individual, grupal y social. Se desarrolla la conceptualización de una tercera posición desde la que el psicoanálisis puede trabajar. La tercera posición es vista como inevitable en el trabajo clínico psicoanalítico, en la medida en que el trabajo de simbolización y elaboración debe estar anclado en un discurso cultural común. Se propone un modelo para repensar la traumatización que desarrolla el concepto de tercera posición en relación con un campo más amplio y abarca las relaciones del sujeto en una relación diádica, corporal y afectiva, en las relaciones con el grupo y la familia, y en relación con la cultura y el discurso. Este modelo puede servir de base para comprender cómo se pueden abordar las atrocidades, las catástrofes sociales y la traumatización colectiva a nivel individual y social. Se presentan ejemplos clínicos para arrojar luz sobre estos procesos.
