Abstract

The author pays tribute to Agustina Bessa-Luis a remarkable portuguese writer, reading with attention the profound analysis she creates in her books-novels and biography about deadly love where some relationships falls. Romantic love is sustained by narcissistic relations within endless struggles between Eros/Thanatos, Life/Death impulses that sometimes ends in suicide.
