Intervenção Clínica no Trauma: Implicações Terapêuticas
Resumo
O tratamento psicanalítico é habitualmente referido como indicação terapêutica para situações de trauma com perturbações graves do processo de pensamento. Neste artigo procuramos sintetizar o conhecimento da expressão clínica de acontecimentos traumáticos, realçando as principais implicações terapêuticas na atualidade, à luz da psicanálise, e apresentar as principais linhas de carácter clínico no âmbito da escola psicanalítica associadas às problemáticas do trauma psíquico.
